Glenbrae School Sundial

Thank you everyone for your comments. Here is the sundial in action. You stand on the month, hold your arms above your head and where the shadow falls, is the time. The time shown here is 5.50pm. The sundial time is very accurate. The two rows of numbers are so we can tell the time in ordinary time and during daylight saving time.
This young man is one of the 'Random Act of Kindness' volunteers. He is about 12 years old. He carried lots of the heavy tiles to the site from Room 12 (about 120mtrs away)and helped lay concrete pads for them to sit on. The workers had to be very careful to ensure the tiles were the same height. Tomorrow the concrete will be laid around the tiles.
