Glen Innes library

Today, Room 7 and 8 from Glenbrae School walked to Glen Innes library to hear Vasanti Unka talk about her new book 'Hill and Hole'. It was a gorgeous day for a walk and we made it in record time. It was really interesting listening to how Vasanti made the pictures for her book - a mix of traditional painting and digital art. We think her illustrations go perfectly with the story. We hope you learn something too.

We are very lucky at Glenbrae School because we have lots of lovely deciduous trees that drop their colourful leaves at this time of the year. Everyone loves playing in the leaves. Today, Danielle, Gemima and Gabriel joined the juniors having great fun throwing and playing in them.
